Mark A. Nation is a civil trial lawyer who limits his practice to wrongful death, personal injury, and insurance cases. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose members must have settled one or more cases worth over one million dollars. He has litigated over 1,000 civil cases against some of the world’s largest corporations, including Delta Air Lines, Inc., Federal Express Corporation, Walt Disney World Co., Universal Studios Florida, Laboratory Corporation of America, Allstate, State Farm, Nationwide, GEICO, Cotton States, Progressive, Florida Farm Bureau, Humana, UNUM, Life Insurance Company of North America, United HealthCare, and Provident Life.

Preeminent Lawyer

The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers has given Mr. Nation its highest rating. The rating of Preeminent Lawyer is drawn from evaluations submitted by Trial Judges and Mr. Nation's peers.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Nation was a police officer and a deputy sheriff. As a law enforcement officer, Mr. Nation has investigated hundreds of crime scenes and automobile accidents. Mr. Nation graduated with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif, a national organization which recognizes excellence in legal studies.

Mr. Nation is married with four children. He is proud to have served on the Board of Directors for the following: Ronald McDonald House, Seminole County Bar Association, Volie Williams Inns of Court (a national organization dedicated to professionalism and ethics in the practice of law).

Mr. and Mrs. Nation are thankful for their time of service to Christ's Hope International, an international mission bringing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to people infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS through disciplining and care-giving, presenting them perfect in Christ Jesus. The Nations are active in Crown Ministries which teaches God's financial principles from a Biblical perspective. Mr. and Mrs. Nation are active members at Northland, A Church Distributed, Casselberry.

The Nations are also active supporters of Campus Crusade for Christ, Hospice of the Comforter, Christian Help, Pioneers Ministries, Orlando Union Rescue Mission and the New Tribes Missions.

Mr. and Mrs. Nation also own and operate Dunamis Productions, Inc. Dunamis is a production company dedicated to growing the Kingdom of Jesus Christ through Christian entertainment, concerts and cultural arts.
