He has litigated over 1,000 civil cases against some of the world’s largest corporations and insurance companies, including Delta Air Lines, Inc., Federal Express Corporation, Walt Disney World Co., Universal Studios Florida, Laboratory Corporation of America, Allstate, State Farm, Nationwide, GEICO, Cotton States, Progressive, Florida Farm Bureau, Humana, UNUM, Life Insurance Company of North America, United HealthCare, and Provident Life. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif, a national organization which recognizes excellence in legal studies. Mr. Nation is married with four children.
