Eduardo Julian Faria was born in San Jose, California, and moved to Orlando prior to attending high school. Eduardo graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a major in English and a minor in Legal Studies. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2015. Eduardo was also a dedicated member of both his undergraduate and law school Mock Trial teams, representing the schools in national competitions and holding leadership roles in each.
Upon graduating from law school, Eduardo served as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County and tried over 30 jury and nonjury trials. As a prosecutor, he gained extensive courtroom experience and handled hundreds of diverse criminal matters, including felonies, misdemeanors, and juvenile offenses. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Eduardo joined a well-established Central Florida firm, where he defended hospitals, nursing homes, and individual health care practitioners at all stages of medical malpractice litigation. There, he handled a multitude of cases ranging from complex medical malpractice claims to premises liability claims.
Eduardo now uses the knowledge he has gathered to help homeowners who have had their insurance claims wrongfully denied or underpaid. He vigorously fights to ensure that homeowners receive the protection they deserve and strives to make a meaningful impact upon the lives of those he represents.
Outside of work, Eduardo enjoys both watching and playing soccer, as well as spending time with his family and rescue dog, Ronin.
