Jordon V. Fosky has dedicated his career to aggressively and ethically representing consumers wrongfully denied or undercompensated by their insurance company, as well as clients injured due to the negligence of others.
There is an inherent imbalance of power between individuals, large corporations and insurance companies. Mr. Fosky strives hard to restructure this balance of power in favor of the consumer. As a result, he fights to right the numerous wrongs often placed upon the innocent victims of all personal injury claims along with all insurance disputes and/or denials.
Mr. Fosky graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A., with honors, in Political Science and a M.A. in International Relations. Following this, he worked at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in numerous roles, including an Intake Specialist, Case Investigator, and Floor Supervisor for the Case Control Center. His longtime passion for the law, justice and helping others flourished while working there and as a result, Mr. Fosky attended law school at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, College of Law, in Orlando, Florida.
During law school, Mr. Fosky interned at two distinct and well-known Orlando plaintiff personal injury law firms, thus solidifying his desire to become a plaintiff’s attorney. After graduating law school, Mr. Fosky worked at a plaintiff’s firm handling a variety of personal injury claims, including but not limited to, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death as well as all insurance disputes and/or denials, including but not limited to, water damage, wind damage, interior damage, hail damage, hurricane damage, stolen vehicles and damaged contents.
Having worked at some of the most prominent and recognized law firms in the Orlando area, Mr. Fosky truly gained an understanding as well as a deep appreciation for civil litigation. His extensive legal experience has afforded him the opportunity to have hands on experience throughout all stages of the pre-suit and litigation process, from initial contact to trial.
Outside of work, Mr. Fosky is happily married to his wonderful wife, Morgan, and is the proud father of two children, a son and a daughter. He enjoys playing golf, going to the beach, surfing, watching College Football, boxing, playing guitar, tennis and relaxing with his family and friends.
Mr. Fosky is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Orange County Bar Association and Seminole County Bar Association.
