Mission Statement

Our mission is to glorify God in all that we do, and to have a positive impact on every person with whom we come into contact.

Our Firm Mission Statement is both a promise and a challenge. While none of us will always live up to the challenge, we always strive in our commitment.

There is no requirement that an employee embrace any religious belief to be employed or promoted at The Nation Law Firm. The mission statement reflects the heartfelt and personal commitment of Mr. and Mrs. Nation. However, the Firm does require a strong commitment to helping people, regardless of religious belief. Service to others is the reason why this Firm was created.

Individually and as a corporate body, we are committed to having a positive impact on every person with whom we come into contact. This means we will strive to have a positive impact on every co-employee, client, vendor, witness, adverse party, adverse attorney, staff at other offices, judge, court personnel, court reporters, etc., whether in person, in writing or on the telephone.

This does not mean that we will always make people happy. Indeed, in our role as advocates and counselors, we will often be in a position to tell people things they do not want to hear. But, our mission is not to always make people happy; it is to have a positive impact. We can have a positive impact on a person even if they are not happy with what we are saying.

As trial attorneys, our clients can rest assured that we will aggressively pursue their case with integrity. Indeed, we cannot fully carry out our mission unless we perform with excellence, and are tenacious in our pursuit of justice.
